2. Agreement of previous month minutes

3. ircops course/exams (Radar)

Can there be organized opscourse and kind of exams for ircops? Cos a lot of them don’t know how to do things. As soon as the new helpers team Co is approved by council we will pas it on as a wish of the council and a need for next JOTI...

All Ops manuals available should be published on council’s yahoo group so that CC/RC’s can pass it on to their Ops. When the new homepage is set up we would like webteam to set up an online document achieve behind a login.

4. helpers team:

roger-uk will ask helpers team to nominate candidates for helpers team coordinator, tucker volunteered. There’s a short discussion about him and council decides that if he will be elected as ht-co then council will give him someone to support and advise him.

There are several users who are interested in joining the team and cover the globe.

5. confirm the candidate for Council Secretary (period 2008-2009)

The poll is not yet closed, so this will be postponed to next council meeting. Everyone who has not yet voted, please do that stante pedes!

6. JOTI (Tita)

There was a SL JOTI-Co meeting, but only roger-uk and Tita attended. In the end of august there shall be another meeting. They want to work more with TT for information about stable services and Help-team for trainings.

Tita has sent a document about JOTI to the team-list. Please pass it on to people involved in JOTI.

7. AOB

Roger-uk: Everyone who has not yet voted about the new council secretary, please do that now!
