June Meeting Scoutlink Council

1. Present, absent, apologized

Present: Radar (Deputy NL), Judy (CC CH and also Deputy DE), Ricardao_POA (Deputy Brazil), PaMpA (Deputy Argentina), Theodwyn (Deputy Asia), AK-Eagle(CC USA), juham (CC Finland), nele (CC Belgium), Scout_Bz (RC Cam and Carribean), Aciago (RC SAm), MaFeRnAzArEt (Deputy Venezuela),

Radar will act as Chair, Judy will act as Secretary.

2. Agreement of previous months minutes

AK-Eagle was forgotten on the list, he was absent. Minutes are approved.

3. Decisions made by email/website

Ratification of anamartha as new ScoutLink Country Coordinator for Mexico is carried. Votes for ratification: 9 yes, 1 no, 1 abstain.

4. Helpers team: (Scout_Bz)
Scout_Bz asks for a new Coordinator for the Helpers team. Ozzles has been away from Scoutlink for a while without telling anybody and not replying to mails. Scout_Bz also wants to reorganize the team. Radar sends a mail to roger-uk that he should ask helpers team to appoint a new coordinator.

5. Election of the Secretary

Aciago and Radar are nominated. Radar sends a mail to roger-uk to send a mail to council list asking for more volunteers and to set up a poll so we can vote a new Secretary on yahoo.

6. Joti

Aciago asks about Joti-Bots. People inform about their Joti preparations. Judy posts Tita’s informations from last meeting (Team will having meeting soon (2 weeks or sow) and then we will send mail out for global info meeting with council members, botteam/TT). So we are going to wait for further information by mail.

7. AOB

Radar: IRCOPs in #opers should react sooner when people ask for help. CC/RC please inform your IRCOPs.

Scout_Bz requests temp ops courses for joti. They should be held before end of September.
