European Easter camp 2009 is in Switzerland, 2010 in Finland

7. ScoutLink Doc

Some docs need rework (secretary election is now in june) and we have
some 'unknown' unfinished docs
We don't know if we have an active doc team and who is in it.
If we have an active doc we will ask them for a report.

8. Secretary

aerolife offer his recession because he doesn't fulfil his duties for many
times.
council don't want to replace him
aerolife want to stay and will try to write minutes (faster)
next secretary election is in june

9. IRCOps and GlobalsOps

IRCOps and GlobalsOps need ratification by council!

New ircop Hirppis approved. Hirppis is also deputy

- Germany
Council think we don't need 4 German ircops
the #deutsch community (Judy and aerolife) should decide how many ircops
they
need

We will ask techteam to make it possible to see what ircops actualy use
their
oline, and what ones do not
