2. Agreement of previous months minutes
January Minutes are nearly finished. Roger write it.

3. CC/RC elections
3.1 CC Brazil
Saleiro ratify as CC Brazil
10 yes

3.2 RC Mexico and central America
CC Venezuela
Nominees process have finished.
Confirmation (checking if they agree to be candidate, have legal age,
are WOSM members, speak English) are in progress.

3.3 CC Finland
Nominees process have finished.
They have one nominee, awaiting proof that he is indeed member of a WOSM.

3.4 CC France
Zacco doesn't fulfil his duties.
France is only active during joti.
They users want to keep Zacco as their cc but that is not acceptable for us.
We leave France without a CC until France users appoint a CC that fulfil his
duties.
Judy is appoint as temporary CC France

3.5 CC Taiwan (Coxswain)
There are not enough users in Taiwan now so there will be no new election.
Taiwan goes back into RC Asia

4. JOTI 2008
Roger asked Tita if he wants to continue.
He was not sure.
No discussion or comments.
Discussion will start/continue by email on time.

5. Scoutlink Mailing list
Several people have propose we have a mailing list open to all.
It should allow individual emails, daily digests or no emails and be like a
forum.
We will set up the list on Yahoo and if is it polpular look at we will
bring it inhouse.

6. AOB

- fridge get chanop rights in #collectors

- roger, Jabiru and aerolife work out some way to get the minutes done
start with today and work backwards

- generic address like oceania@scoutlink.net or uk@scoutlink.net pointing to
CC/RC and deputy are proposed
Users dont't know their CC/RC or if CC/RC change they can contact him/her
anyway
