we had to wait 20 min. for a quorum but after that we had a short meeting.
During the meeting I have some trouble with my internet connection and some
call from customers but I have a nearly complete log so I try to write the

5. JOTI feedback

- Orco forward statistics mails which Holgi sends to the NJOs.
- Joti was very good apart from services/bots/whateveritwas that made the net
crash a lot on friday
- Positive side effect of the problems --> All ops were in #opers this year
- There is still some training issues. People not knowing the key at first,
tempops not knowing what a gline/kill meant etc
The most difficult thing for newbie ops is to learn how to use their
discretion and not to kick to fast

----> All feedback should send to councillist!! and this gets put together for
next year

6. Missing TT coordinator & 7. Scoutlink IRC project (megalives mail)

Jacka has not been online since sept 18 and has sent no messages why
He is in a new job, long way from home, etc etc, little online access

Maybe "Scoutlink IRC project" could be a answer?
More people need to get involved?

TT members do what the want?
Council don't understand the technical things?
TT don't now the things Council want?
TT need a reorganisation and a coordinator?!!
