Results elections South America and Central America Regions.
Central America had only one candidate; Malakg63. Council has voted to ratify Malakg63 as Region Coordinator for Central America; carried with one abstention.
The elections for South America Region need some more time. There are 4 nominates, 3 have accepted. Bogote says they need an other two weeks for elections. That is o.k. by Council. Next Council meeting we will get the results.

JOTI/ Bot Team.

There has been no answers from Tita about the progress of JOTI. Roger-UK is going to speak to Tita on JOTI team again. If necessary we all have to help to organise this year.
Megalive has his hands full with Tech Team. Therefore Roger_uk suggests to appoint Runemaste as Bot Team Coordinator and will ask him to liaise with Megalive and Tita.
Rogers has asked Runemaste and he is willing to do that. Council has voted and agreed unanimously.
Runemaste is Bot Team Coordinator. Zleppy and Ktr are willing to help Runemaste.

Progress Tech Team.

There are some issues in Tech team. Next Council meeting there will be an update about this.
There are two new members willing to learn hard.
There are three members working hard.
There is one member who just takes special tasks, due to a very busy life.
There is on member not active, due to university.

Youth Report.
There has been an email from Youth Team with a report. It was a very good report. Hopefully they will get more members at the Youth channels.

Any Other Business.

Megalive asks if he can give Runemaste his oline? Council voted yes, unanimously.
Tinge days that the YMCA Scouts of Denmark “ruined” the web chat on their servers and cannot find what they did wrong…so again we have no official link to Scoutlink from Danish Scout Associations. But Tinge is working on it to tickle the right people to get it fixed.

Roger-uk thanks all for coming to this meeting.
