1.0 ratify of Fips as new CC for germany;
The council ratified Fips_DE as new Country Coordinator for Germany.

1.1 The fact sheet of Scoutlink - situation ( Mike_uk );
Mike_uk announced that Scoutlink Fact sheet is drafted, a few queries as to layout and some UK queries relating to positions within Uk Scout Association; he is trying to resolve with national activities adviser; this part should be sorted by mid june, once it will be ready it will post for comments. This fact sheet will be an example that could be modified by each Country Coordinator for their national standards and associations. A generic version of this fact sheet will be put in the website so each CC's can download it.

2 The website situation ( Webteam )
The webteam is working for giving the website the final shape. Jabiru will write a letter to the webteam for asking them to give the council an answer about the situation.

3. Fworld features/levels/ - second part ( Teach Team - megalive )
Megalive explained us the features of Fworld. He prepared a list with all commands and who can use them. The council decided that each Country Coordinator will take a look at them and give their comments to Biff or Megalive or through scoutlink council mailing list. This will have to be done within 10 days.

Country Coordinators are asked to give an opinion about levels of the access. Questions about this point can be made directly to Biff or Megalive.

4. what it is happening in New Zealand? - CC's inactive and so forth
4.1 What are we doing with inactive CC's and IRCOP's
About these two points Jabiru will write a letter to Tely ( as New Zealand Country Coordinator ) to ask him if he will resign if he isn't going to be active.. If Tely resigns, Jabiru will organize some elections between users from Nz. A possibility could be to create a regional coordinator for Australia and New Zealand. 

About the inactive Coordinators there are many idea. For sorting this problems IRON[Fe26 and Tabaqui will write a list of rules where there will be explained who a CC. The same thing for regolar users, chanops, global and ircops. When this little document will be ready it will be discussed by the council and eventually modified. 

5. phoenix / the game / new Global Ops
The Council decided to nominate some new Global Ops with the power of kicking and banning on all the channels. The list of new Global Ops is:
These are temporary Global Ops but probably they will be confirmed when the new structure that will be ready.

6. Other businness
Jabiru asked about Joti promotion. 
Italians are going to complete the registration of www.scoutlink.it domain. It will be used also for the better promotion of Joti in Italy.

What happened between Raidyn and IK ( The Gline )
Jabiru will remember all Ops that the Gline isn't the best first reaction. He will write a letter to Raydn and IK for understand what happened.

7 The log of conversation and the next meeting
The log will be available for all members of the council behind request to the secretary. The outcomes of the meeting will be published in a web site by the Chair.

The next meeting will be next Saturday 16th June at 21.00 GMT on #council
